AI Accountability¶
As AI moves from a tool people opt into to a program organizations run, "who owns this?" stops having one answer. Strategy, adoption, risk, governance, and security each end up with a different accountable owner. AI Accountability is a role-by-role map of that split — one bundle per role, each an operator's manual for the person who holds it.
