AI Playbooks¶
Most AI use cases are things you do with an assistant — you paste a prompt, you get a draft back. These are different. A playbook is a procedure your assistant reads and runs on its own, across the tools you already use, and hands you the result.
Each one is written to be handed straight to an AI assistant connected to your email and calendar. You give it the playbook, it does the work, and you get something useful — a plan, a triaged inbox, a meeting brief. Every playbook here is read-first and safe: the assistant reads and drafts, but never sends, deletes, or changes anything without you.
Start with the Morning Brief — it is the simplest one and the template the rest follow. How to Run These Playbooks explains the shape and the guardrails they all share.
