Replying & Communicating¶
Some messages are genuinely hard to answer — not because the content is complex, but because the social dynamics are. You need to say no without burning a relationship, or reply to a pointed email without matching its energy. AI is useful here as a drafting assistant: give it the context, the tone you're aiming for, and what you actually need to communicate, and it will hand you a starting point. You should always make the draft your own before sending, but having something to edit is far easier than staring at a blank reply box.
The two recipes here cover the most common tricky-message scenarios: Draft a Reply and Write a Polite No.
