Validation

This bundle uses a selective citation posture. The claims that carry weight are cited to primary sources and verified: role-adoption and reporting-line statistics, and the operating-model and playbook facts an operator would act on. The operator methods themselves are grounded practice, presented as such rather than dressed as statistics.

Every embedded fact is verified against a primary source before it ships (verify-embedded-facts), whether or not it carries a citation. Verified claims live in evidence.yaml; each page's ## Sources list is generated from it. Validation sweeps are recorded here as dated audits.
