Team Second Brain

Everyone on a small team already uses AI tools. None of what any one person learns from using them reaches anyone else on the team. This bundle is for a team lead or founder at a small business — anywhere from two people to fifteen — who wants that knowledge to compound across the team instead of staying locked in each person's own account.

It builds on a real, credited foundation rather than inventing a new one: Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern, where an AI tool maintains a living markdown wiki instead of starting over each session. The Team Second Brain names that pattern and the specific gap in it — every real implementation so far is built for one person. The Single-Player Ceiling surveys what's actually out there. Building Yours Without an Engineer sketches a way to close that gap without hiring anyone or buying an enterprise platform.
