Plain-language definitions of the terms this bundle uses. It grows as the bundle does.

AI-native organization — an organization whose structure was shaped around human-plus-agent work from the start (or has fully arrived there through transformation), as opposed to one still layering AI onto a structure built for an all-human workforce.

Pod — a small human team (typically a handful of people) that directs and is accountable for a larger fleet of AI agents running an end-to-end process, replacing a much larger all-human team doing the same work.

Owner / Architect / Verifier — the three accountability families this bundle argues replace individual functional job titles as the organizing unit of work in an AI-native organization. See The Three Accountabilities.

Partnership pyramid — the professional-services staffing model (few partners, many leveraged associates) that this bundle argues generalizes to other organization types once AI agents supply the leverage. See The Partnership Pyramid, Generalized.

Execution Specs — machine-readable contracts for a firm's commodity work: inputs, outputs, rules, and the quality bar. AI-drafted and disposable, cheap to produce and cheap to replace once written. See Who Owns the Codified Judgment.

Decision Rubrics — the proprietary judgment inside a firm's frameworks: the thresholds, override conditions, and reasoning a senior professional applies that a framework alone does not capture. Hand-authored and durable — the actual asset a client is paying for. See Who Owns the Codified Judgment.
