The AI-Native Organization¶
Enterprise AI Transformation and AI Accountability both describe the transition — the journey, and who runs it. This bundle describes the destination: the shape an organization actually takes once that transition is done. It is a short, argued thesis (four pages, not a track-based roadmap), built from current research rather than speculation, and meant to be weighed rather than executed.
See The AI-Native Organization for the full map of how the four pages relate.
