Finance & Performance¶
You don't need AI to do the math — your finance team and your tools already do. What it's good at is helping you interrogate the numbers: sharper questions to put to a report, the trade-offs hiding in a budget, a dense deck boiled down to the one page you can act on. The rule that matters here: AI can misread or miscopy a figure, so never let it restate a number you'll repeat without checking it against the source.
- Ask Better Questions of the Numbers — sharpen what you put to a report
- Prep for a Budget Review — know the trade-offs going in
- Turn a Finance Deck into a One-Page Read — compress a long deck into something you can act on
