AI Transformation Lead¶
A strategy is a direction. Turning it into a running, funded, prioritized portfolio of work is a different job. That's the AI Transformation Lead — the person who runs the cross-functional AI program day to day, translating a Chief AI Officer's strategy into delivery. This bundle is the operator's manual for that seat.
It's one entry in AI Accountability's role-by-role map — the practitioner counterpart to Chief AI Officer (which sets the direction this role executes) and AI Enablement (which owns one workstream, adoption, inside the portfolio this role runs).
