Executive Leadership¶
Executive Leadership is a set of AI recipes and workflows for the work a C-suite actually does — the board update, the budget review, the org call, the message that can't land wrong. It's for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and the people around them who don't have time to learn AI in the abstract; you have a decision in front of you and you want help with it now.
No code, no setup. If you can paste into a chat tool — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot — you can use everything here.
What's inside each page¶
Pages come in two shapes, because leadership work does:
- Recipes — a short setup, a ready-to-paste prompt, and a before → after so you can see the result to expect. Copy, fill in your details, run.
- Workflows — a guided walk through a judgment-heavy job (an org decision, a crisis message, a scenario test), showing where AI helps and where the call stays yours.
Find it by the job in front of you¶
The pages are grouped by leadership function, not job title — you'll use whichever matches the task:
- Strategy & Planning — set direction and pressure-test the plan
- Finance & Performance — read the numbers and prep the reviews
- People & Org — org and hiring calls, and the conversations around them
- Board & Investor — updates and the Q&A that follows
- Communications — the messages a leader sends
- Decisions & Meetings — make the call explicit and run the room
The Leadership Map lays out the whole structure if you'd rather start there.
One honest note¶
The stakes here are higher than a typo — a figure in a board deck, the tone of a layoff note, the framing of a bet. AI is a fast first draft and it will sometimes be confidently wrong. Skim what it gives you, fix what's off, check any fact that matters, and keep the final wording and the final decision your own. The glossary explains the few terms used here.
